Adds a Thrumbo like species and Thrumboian tribe faction into the game.

Based on Thrumboian Race

Features
- New Thrumboian xenotype
- 2 new genes: Thrumbo horn, Thrumboian fury
- Thrumboian tribe faction

Updates:
- Updated to 1.4 and switched from HAR to Biotech genomes
