This Manhattan map has a large part of the roads already created.
Just rename them in the real ave's and Street names and add the missing avenues/streets.

Play it with the 81 tiles mod

The roads are used to create the 1:1 scale map. I used a mod for it, but it hasn't an negative effect when starting.
It didn't allow me to create all the roads and avenues... So, some work needs to be done.
The existing roads can be used and cost zero point zero. Only roads added by the player have some maintenance costs.

Map information:
- Maximum road, rail, ship and air connections added.
- Central Park and lakes are already created, also the avenues surrounding it.
- No maintenance costs for the streets, avenues and railroads already present.
- Tunnels needed to be added by the player.
- Despite I tried to make it fit 1:1, some small land modifications can be needed at the shorelines.
- The land outside manhattan isn't scaled 1:1, but one to the eye ;-)
