Gondor (V2)

Description
Hey everybody, I've gotten round to updating my Gondor map (also changed my name from Sanctity_Sanguine to Spectro89).

What this map offers:
- road, rail, plane and ship connections
- all 4 resources types
- all 4 fishing resources
- several ruins of cities/castles and scenic areas based on the books/maps
- all types of public transport can be used here (ferries, cable cars, busses, monorail, train etc)

Why I made this map:
I prefer building several smaller cities/villages and letting them grow together slowly. I couldn't find a map on the workshop that quite suited my taste, so I decided to make my own, and whilst looking around for ideas I came across some maps of Gondor and noticed that it pretty much offers what I want. The mountains in the centre of the peninsula (below the starting area) divide the map in two parts, with several large areas of more or less flat land to the east, west and south. Of course there are mountains and valleys as well as several islands.

For inspiration I`ve used the maps from the books themselves, The Atlas of Middle-Earth and several websites like Ardapedia.org. Included are the Dwimorberg, Stone of Erech and the port of Edhellond (your starting area).

I recommend using 81 Tiles and if you think there are still not enough trees (it's a few hundred trees shy of the limit) the unlimited trees mod.

The interchange and exit for the highway are very basic and no ports have been terraformed, since I personally prefer to not be pushed towards a particular layout of the city. So add, remove and edit as you see fit.

I am building a city on this map myself and so far everything seems to be in working order.

May the Valar bless your cities :)
