I switch to german everytime I play as the germans. Cause damn that voiceacting is really good and I hate the german english accent honestly

What I like to do is just switch the language to German before playing so that the Germans speak German.
And if you don't understand German, take pictures of the menu in English (or whatever you speak/understand) with another device then switch to German so you will know where to click.
Same can be done with the other sides.
