Adds Hungary Defense Force-styled skill ranks from "Utter Beginner" to "Legendary Master" (in-game/wiki names).
Looks better with mod that removes texture compression.

Mutually Exclusive with/Alternative to Semi-Military named ranks (same badges, different descriptors).
