Description
Adds Hungarian Defense Force-inspired badge ranks from "Commoner" to "Principal Chief of Community".
Contains both non-military and military descriptions.

Looks better with mod that removes texture compression.
Mutually Exclusive/Alternative to Skill Level-based ranks (same badges, different descriptors).
