Arcadia (Captain Harlock's Ship)

Description
This is my version of Captain Harlock's Arcadia ship.

She's 650m long and weighs around 160,000 tons. Of course she moves but not quite nervously :>

The gun batteries (2 on the top, 1 on the belly) are fully functional. They each have 2 independant landing gears to lock the cannons and the main body on the ship's hull so do not forget to unlock them before using them, or lock them before moving the ship.

There's also a hangar bay door on the belly, currently open. It can be operated with a rotor called "Hangar Bay Rotor". Loads of landing gears here too, so unlock them and turn on the rotor to close the door. Must be locked again when the ship is moving to avoid the door to move and to potentially wreck the hangar bay :)

You'll find several entrances around.
I'm working on the hangar bay, and will add some fighters inside
I'll try to add the huge proton canon at the command tower base later
You may find some color oversights here and there, and there aren't any lights whatsoever (made the game lag and crash)

UPDATE : added the proton cannon on the top, only one rotation axis and an access door on the side. I think about adding a illumidas or mazone ship in the area, in order to test the Arcadia's efficiency in battle :)

UPDATE : I've added a SpaceWolf W-190 custom fighter and a Z-Wing fighter. You'll find them outside the ship and in the hangar bay.

The Z-Wing can release the small fighter at the front. Docking must be done inside the small one. Don't forget to turn off the inertial dampeners of the small fighter when it's docked :)

PWSmith8 : i went here http://skybox.xaelan.com/ , downloaded the skybox i wanted and replaced the backgroundcube.dds file in SpaceEngineers\Content\Textures\BackgroundCube\Final :)

The Fallen Snow : thanks ! Unfortunately, i haven't seen the movie but saw some footage of the ship, she's so very badass, maybe i'll try :)
i wanted to work on a BS Galactica, but I haven't been able to make the pods move properly so the Arcadia from the new movie looks like a good idea :)

The fighters should be available soon
