Description
Made for bsquiklehausen's Presidio Bay series.

Ever wanted piers like San Francisco in your city? Then this pack is for you! It's a set of decorative but modular assets, which lets you create a unique waterfront! All buildings are found in the Ship category and can be mixed and matched as you'd like.

This pack contains 3 modular warehouses, which are based of Pier 33. They are purely decorative as they do not have a road connection. They can be mixed as you'd like, but if you want the rough length of San Francisco's piers, you will want 1 A-piece, 2 B-pieces and a C-piece at the end.

With Building Variations you can switch the roofs from the dark original ones to the newer lighter versions.

The roofs and the wooden piers are submeshes, which all share textures, but the warehouse buildings themselves do not. So this is a larger set than my usual assets, and thanks to all the beams the tris is also fairly high. So not suited for low end PCs for sure!

*Rails are not included and are only added for decorative purposes*

@Wind of Changes: I haven't played in ages so I don't know. Try and check the Options section of Move It or ask on the mod.

Holding Alt down no longer works. How to delete those nodes in 2024?

Nodes on piers doesnt show up, so I cannot delete them.

@patrickpotsdam: Only the roads used for placement generate ground and these need to be removed like shown in the little tutorial

Unfortunately the piers generate ground under it so it seems impossible to only have piers on water without the ground around it... anyone has an idea to remove the ground under/around the piers?

Too bad they don't actually function as warehouses. I understand the modular nature wouldn't allow that, but I feel we are sacrificing functionality for aesthetics. Perhaps create a set of already assembled variants with a road connection so they can be warehouses?
