Hrafnseyri Kingdom & The 40 Years War represents my largest mod yet, at ~400MB's in size. IT features 3 distinct factions, 1 BLUFOR, 2 INDEP, that are currently in an armistice during what is known to the rest of the world as the 40 years war, after the Hrafnseyri invaded the Bystrian's from well across the ocean.

The Hrafnseyri Kingdom is a nominally absolute monarchy masquerading as a progressive state, but in truth its beset by power struggles between the King and the Army over the complicated issue of the ongoing tensions and 'war' in Bystria. Between this, the Hrafnseyri people, conscripted or volunteer, have invested too much blood into the country to simply give it up if it goes hot again, and radical factions of Hrafnseyri immigrants/colonists in the occupied territories may be organising themselves within the Royal Army.


The Bystrian State, a coastal member of the Kumoris Union, and formerly one of the worlds most pacifistic nations, it has become an antonym of its past self, professing one of the most militarized populations in the world, and a fragile democracy actively harmed by 40 years of wartime regulation in the face of a superior invader. The Bystrian's WILL liberate the north of their homeland one day, even if it means throwing a giant mix mash of cost effective modern vehicles and technicals over the border.


The Bystrian Armistice Forces are the internal security force of the Bystrian Collaborationist Regime, barred from annexing north Bystria by the Armistice Treaty, the Hrafnseyri rely on the Armistice Forces to suppress revolts and partisans, keep the peoples ire directed away from the Hrafnseyri, and maintain the legal fiction of the treaty being maintained. The members of the Armistice Force have complicated & different motives for helping their invaders, but the automatic death sentence they'll now recieve in Bystria helps keep them loyal.
