StargateARMA_replicator_ACE_compat

Description
Small addon to the Stargate ARMA mod that makes Replicators deal ACE damage. Additionally, a few QoL changes for Replicators overall.

Please note:
-As of v1.0 Replicators still take non-ACE damage, but this is a low priority fix as they should die in one or two hits anyways
