AVON FM12 Respirator Pack ACE HUD

Description
This is a re-upload of the ACE3 compatibility patch from Kick-Ass for The One Free-Man's AVON FM12 Respirator Pack which lacks the overlay feature (which some prefer for immersion) when the mask is worn.

yes, it's just an overlay texture.

Is it possible to place the HUD on any mask?
