hit f4 to open
select an item i used holy water in a 400 stack
hit remove enchantments in the menu
then do it again for it to work
It's F4, the Sprint+Map Marker didn't work for me either.
having no other mods also makes it work. So it's likely another mod that was affecting it, unless it was load order indeed. Because after subscribing again, it didn't seem like any other mod was deactivated.
I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue on my end.
How does it behave when you disable all other mods?
If the problem still persists, please try unsubscribing from the mod, manually deleting the mod’s folder, and then subscribing to it again.

~steamapps\workshop\content\1307550\2527976538(ChatItem)
This mod conflicts with the ChatItem mod.
When one mod loads up first, the other mod doesn't loads up, so essentially it's only possible to use one at a time.
Prior to this last game update, I remember they sued to work together.
I apologize for the inconvenience, but if you are using legacy enchantments, please re-enable them each time you load a save.
理由としては、ゲーム側で旧エンチャントと新エンチャントのIDが一致しており、mod側ではそのIDが新か旧か判断出来ないためです。
The phenomenon of legacy enchantments changing to seamless enchantments when loading save data cannot be addressed at this time.
The reason for this is that the game IDs of the old and new enchantments match, and the mod cannot determine whether the IDs are new or old.
