It actually does. If you open a save editor, they literally have a flag attached to the character 'used cheats', and how many cheats you've actually used in your statistics.

Hey, saw your comment on the Valheim forums regarding using console commands making you "labeled as a cheater". If that were true I'd totally agree, but I'm not aware of any label being attached to your character indicating anything currently existing in the game at this point. Since the game is still EA it's pretty much expected that you may have to use a console command or two to fix things due to bugs, like gear disappearing or dying to a bug.
