He ♥♥♥♥♥, a lot

This model has a lot of bones, I separated the cape and tassels into separate models, lock them to each other. Also I don't really feel like porting the Blue Mage skin, I just wanted his cape and his gloves.

Rigging on the cloth stuff may be difficult to work with, autoweighting isn't great and the weight link limit doesn't help it.

- Mirrored Tassel model to replicate the comic versions of Strange
- Bodygroup options for the arms from the Blue Mage skin, includes retextured yellow gloves
