A Korea Map Resource, done as a request for a Korea civil war mod
It's bug free and you can freely use it for any mod
Uses EPSG:5179 projection

I was able to get this one working. I wanted to play around with the Japan resource mod, but that one seems to crash as soon as I try to start the game up (I'm able to get past the loading screen though) I replicated the same steps mentioned here, but noticed that the common folder doesn't come with a "defines" folder to delete.

Create your own mod, edit his descriptor, and put the mod's files inside, you can't edit a Steam workshop mod directly

Alright it worked at first, but now it says that the descriptor's missing. I followed all the steps, and re-installed the mod several times with no luck.

[How to update the outdated map resources]
Step 1: Delete common/defines folder (it's outdated)
Step 2: Add empty railways.txt and supply_nodes.txt files to the mod's folder
Step 3: Add the following lines to the descriptor:
replace_path="common/characters"
replace_path="common/generation"
replace_path="history/general
The mod should now be working again
