Tread plate based War Paint with subtle team color changes and custom wear that imitates rust. Plus the Secondary texture are the same colors as the pants of the mercs Scout, Soldier, Heavy and Sniper.

Has Team colored variants. (Depends if Valve wants to cooperate)
Uses subtle Phong shaders.
Custom wears(!).
Custom Blood buckets.

Based of the "Mannana Peeled" War Paint.
