Carter Lightning (ALPHA TESTING)

Description
This mod adds the custom character 'Carter Lightning' who is a inventor/doctor. WARNING: This mod is in its alpha stages, which means lots of bugs, new content updates, and bug fixes, if you find a bug please report it in the 'Bugs' section of the mod. Also DO NOT report missing textures or inv images for items, I most likely already know and will get to it when I can, and the textures/inv images in the mod so far are most likely going to be changed in the finished product as to the fact that not all textures/inv images are mine.

UPDATE: I lost my ssd and couldn't get back any of the data from it, it might be a while before any updates
