Vanillalike balance. no industrial, spacer weapons. totally nerfed.

Changed things :
- Nerfed Armor value
- Epona NPC Factions tech level decreased (Industrial -> Medieval)

- Pegasus Printer kit

These changes can be made with patches instead of define them again....... or it will be a nightmare of maintenance.
This mod is not marked as incompatible with Outremer.Epona in your about.xml either.
