Features:
-Eyeblink, eye look left/right, and other contextual expressions.
-Lip Sync
-Jiggle bones for her hair, jacket, and bag
-Firstperson arms
-Boomer bile textures
-Hud and lobby icons

So this model is very special in that it uses animation events in conjunction with material proxy logic to control her eye expressions! Some of these events include:
-Sad expression when her health is low or incapped
-Angry expression when firing weapons
-Happy expression when healing herself or others
-Shocked expression when attacked by infected at low health or pinned by Special Infected
-Eyes closed when dead
-Default expression that has the eyes psuedorandomly look left/right/forward while also handling eyeblink

Hint: If you want to easily see an example of this system in action, right click shove her and she'll briefly swap to an angry expression if she has high(green) health, and a shocked expression if she has low health.
