@Molotoff It would be very much work, so not for now. If you would like to do it, I'd appriciate it(you're using debug, so you know what you're doing). I play every game with it and I don't see any bigger slowdowns. Errors don't have impact on game btw

This mod seems to change the consumption goods of the national spirit of the Soviet Union’s Five-Year Plan from 5% to 10%. I hope you can take a look.

thought the naval research tree was easy enough until i found this mod.
