camerson, is the intended solution the way in SpielSatzFail's walkthrough video?

Alright... we found the solution now, and btw there IS a (fairly easy) way to bring the companion cube onto the upper button. Please see in our walkthrough video.

That's what we did, yes. Until now we can't come up with a better idea :-/
I suppose you can confirm that the weighted cube needs to be on the upper button, caught through the grate, whereas the companion needs to be put on the lower button?
I'll try to think about it again, maybe in the meantime you can create a kind of walkthough video? It's not fair to build hard chambers without a walkthrough :-P Otherwise we accept any hint I guess ;-)
Btw there already is some (short timed) trickery in the chamber with interrupting the beam. And by getting P2 in the extended beam leading to the upper area by touching the beam with only your head. So that's why we believed in this trickery too ^^

To make sure I got this right: you traveled in the funnel through the fizzler, while holding the cube in the goo, passing it under the fizzler? Well, that's certainly one way to do it, but it's not the way I had in mind. I would never resort to such trickery in a map of this caliber. :)

The intended way uses only clever portal and player positioning to bring the cube through the portal on to safe ground .

Sooo, it took us slightly under 3 Hour to complete this map, but we don't know if it was all right what we did. We don't shot between the glass, because we were thinking this isn't wanted, but one point still questions us.
To switch the cubes we brought the companion cube unter the blue fizzler in the room by using the tractor beam. Link . Is this the right solution?

Is this map still possible with the double glass panel? We've been trying for about 2 hours and we still haven't found how to get the normal cube to do anything other than having it getting stuck on the buttom corner

Karma, it's possible. Focus on getting the drop cube into the low button room.

Hint: Bringing the companion cube is impossible. It has to be a standard cube.

Kylo we also haven't been able to solve this and we've solved all the confinements and perplexes except this. We can get both people to the end, but can't figure out how to get the companion cube up there with us. Maybe a hint please Camerson1313?
