Real Musor achievement

I was looking for the way to get this achievement, and all the existing guides written in English had a brief description, I want to contribute a little and give more details on it.

Details

I ended up messing around for about 7 hours, because the steps were unclear. Specifically, I was looking at this guide: as suggested, I chose the Physical build; internalized Hobo-cop thought; chose the dialogue options mentioned in that guide too (when first talking to Garte, although, I think they just trigger the Hobo-cop thought).

So what exactly I want to add:

• As far as I understood, you CAN'T get the achievement on your first day. Even if you have 0 real, and waste time until 2am, at 2:05 the time stops until you pay for the damage and rent a room (if you could sleep in the dumpster on day 1, PLEASE tell me how??)
  
• The other factor preventing you from getting an achievement is Kim: he will offer you to sell stuff in the pawn shop to pay for the damage. So you need to roll with it and proceed to day 2
  
• When you wake up on day 2, waste time until the 'sleep hours': I ended up talking to Garte at 22:36 or something like that. I had 0 real on me at that time

Steps described

Here's how the conversation goes:

• When it's time to rest, ask Garte about your bill for tonight, then proceed to say that you don't have any money to pay
  
• Garte starts mocking you and telling that "you don't have to ever pay me again"
  
• Ask if he's messing with you, then later he will say that "you can sleep in the dumpster on the back of Whirling-In-Rags
  
• I'm not sure if your answer matters after that, I think I picked something about hobo-cop. Kim will remains silent all the time.

When you're done with this conversation, go to the dumpster, open it, and get in. Kim will smoke while you're trying to get comfortable, and you can tell him that you're sorry this turned out that way. You can also change your mind, but this won't get you an achievement. You'll die after going to sleep, as this guide suggests, so make sure you have a save before doing this.

I really hope this helps someone, I wish I knew these details before I have spent an absolutely ridiculous amount of time to get this achievement.

i have even more difficulty with this achievement - i've followed every advice i've found on the internet for this achievement and i still cant get it. starting to seriously think that its bugged
