**HOT FIX 4/24/2021**
Created a new BI private key to sign with to fix known validation issues with the latest 1.12 casued by BI. Make sure you are using the new key provided!


Now you can sabatage vehicles to blow them up! Useing an active road flare, you can stuff it in the gas tank and watch out!! If you cant find a flare, use some rags and any bottle of fuel to soak the rak with fuel, then stuff IT into the gas tank, lighting it anyway you can!


Object class names

Soaked_Rag (crafted from rags and bottles of fuel)
Soaked_Rag_STATIC (not used for player use)
Roadflare_STATIC (not used for player use)


KNOWN ISSUES:
The rags and flares dont sit perfect for every vehicle.
Crash log on line 64, can disreagurd.
Sometimes the flare particles are left behind after the explosion.
