[WOTC] Mindshields Grant Resistance, Not Immunity

Description
Mindshields no longer make the wearer immune to psionic afflictions. Instead, they grant the soldier +75 to Will saves against these effects.

The formula for psionic stat contests is as follows:

Hit% = Base Accuracy + Attacker Psi Offense - Target Will

Base Accuracy is 75 for enemy psi skills, so the Mindshield cancels that out. Mindshields are still very good insurance against getting mind controlled, but low-Will soldiers will be at risk.

Avatar Balance
Avatars have an astronomically high Psi Offense value of 200, making their Mind Control effectively impossible to resist without immunity. (The Warlock caps out at 60.) I've included an optional rebalance in this mod's config files that takes them down to a reasonable 75. To enable it, navigate here and uncomment the indicated lines: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\2442052832\Config\XComGameData_CharacterStats

Sectoids are another outlier at 90 psi offense, so they will still have a good hit rate with Mindspin, but Mindshield resistance also factors into the ability's secondary effect roll, so the chance for the Mind Control outcome is greatly diminished. By contrast, Advent Priests only have 40 psi offense, so they will miss much more often when trying to set Mind Control directly.

Compatibility
If you're playing with A Better Chosen, you'll want to comment out the following line in XComGameData_SoldierSkills.ini: DetonateMindshieldAbilities="MindShield". Otherwise, the Warlock will ignore Mindshielded soldiers as potential affliction targets.

I'd be surprised if there was a conflict, this is a very simple mod. The alternative mod launcher will flag one if there is.

Will does add to saves against Disorient and Stuns if they're caused by psionic abilities. The hit formula is:
Base Chance (attacker) + Psi Offense (attacker) - Will (target)

haha, i just did it myself with repurpose abilities mod, cause i found it odd, that its protect from panic and disorient, mindshield is an op item, with no trade offs
so i removed mindshield ability and gave it dense head trait from more traits mod(fall unconscious when mindcontrolled) and gave it modded perk lw2 will to survive(removed cover bonus and increased will to 30)

does will rly increase protection from disorient and stuns?
