Must be placed above Roman Legions for Divide Et Impera mod.

Hey I notice this says the 9 unit cap is removed, and that some caps stay the same. Does this also entail certain imperial legions such as Alavudae? I noticed this has a 9-cap also and I was just curious if there was any reason why some imperial legions are stuck with 9-cap still. Thanks

Yes literally above in the Rome 2 launcher. Mod that is higher on the list will always overwrite the lower one.

Above as in literally above in the default list? or put DEI as number 1, and this as like 6 (numberically above).
