Risk of Rain 2 - The Bandit!

Description
The outlaw by the name of Neptune Blue!

The long-awaited survivor is here for the Anniversary update!

There are two versions of each model, one with jigglebones for the coat and one without.

Both Bandit models have 2 alternate skins, one for each color palette.
There is also a bodygroup for the anklets and the exhaust ports on the back.

Disclaimer: The alternate skin did not have weighted bones, meaning I had to hand weigh the bones to the alt meshes. I am not an expert at this and therefore there will be minor issues around the shoulder and lower back areas. I will try to update this but I cannot guarantee anything.

@Buffalonium There should be a version of each model without jigglebones. If you mean for the upper parts of the coat, the model didn't come with it.

would there be any chance of getting him with bones for his duster? great port either way!

@Fongkelyj I might release a couple of 'maps' to the workshop. The maps are not easily exported so it won't be a priority to port any more over until i need them myself.

@Fongkelyj The one in the background? If so, its a flatvoid map with some props thats already on the workshop.
