Crash Twinsanity Music Pack

Description
Crash and bash those ayys, you naughty dog!

You'd usually want your XCOM soundtrack to be instrumental. Well, here's the literal opposite.

Crash Twinsanity is a platformer released September 28, 2004 for the PlayStation 2 and Xbox, and the fifth mainline Crash title. Developed by Traveller's Tales Oxford with a soundtrack composed by Spiralmouth, it is notable for its entirely a cappella soundtrack and for its veritable mountain of cut content, having been released in an arguably unfinished state, the combination of which merit it a uniquely divisive spot in the Crash fandom. All 32 non-cutscene tracks from the game are present here, including a few which went unused in the final product! As usual, the Music Modding System is required, but this pack will work with either the vanilla game or War of the Chosen.

  • 14 of these tracks have intros separated from the loops to be seamless, a first for me. Let me know how I did, but be aware that the timing where the intros and loops meet can be delayed by lag (which you can hear at 0:46 in the showcase video attached.) This unfortunately is a problem with the Music Modding System itself.
  • As with my Wrath of Cortex pack I've set up the config files to be as intuitive as possible if you'd like to go in and mess around. I even threw in some trivia!
  • I've been informed this may compliment the /xcg/ mod (WotC version) well

Thanks to Steam users nintendoeats and ∑3245[docs.google.com] for their excellent guides, to robojumper for making MMS, to Crash Mania user Alen (aka Cake) for the HD screenshots attached, and to Traveller's Tales and Spiralmouth for this game and its soundtrack. Check out GameHut on YouTube for lots of cool insights into Wrath of Cortex, Twinsanity, and Traveller's Tales' other titles. I appreciate feedback.

You know, Ratchet & Clank played a big part in this game's development...read about it here![en.wikipedia.org]

You've inspired me to start working on a voicepack for one of my favorite video game villains

I personally want to thank you for adding the music from my very first childhood game that I played. This is fucking amazing.

You can use multiple packs. What MMS does is checks the current situation in-game and then randomly picks from a list of cues defined in the packs' config files, so bigger packs will have a higher chance of being played due to more entries.

Am I able to use multiple music packs or will only one music pack work at once? Just wondering.

It's times like this I wish I had any idea as to how to mod music packs into the game, lol.

"Menace 1-5 to Central..."

"Go ahead team."

"The Commander is singing that weird a cappella soundtrack into our comms again, can you ask him to stop please?"

"Ah, that's a negative, team. His leadership and his music habits are a package deal. Just ignore it."
