The once prosperous city of Neo Tokyo has fallen victim to cybercrime and a drug epidemic. Now Punks rule the streets, killing anyone who doesn’t follow their ideology. It’s up to the citizens of Neo Tokyo to take back their city, with the help of the Judge, who can give the punks a trial on the spot.

Citizens have cobbled together a “Punk Detector” machine in the back alley, made from what parts they could scrounge up. Since some of the components are temperamental, repeated use of the machine reduces its accuracy by 5% every test. When the unstable components have worn out, the machine has a 50-50 shot at a false detection.

Before tuning up, the machine is wrong 30% of the time, but it can be fixed up with a toolkit borrowed from a Neo Tokyo construction worker, reaching up to 95% accuracy! Beware the Punks’ decoy repair kit! It is in reality a sabotage kit that reduces the accuracy by 25%, but is indistinguishable from a genuine toolkit in every way.

The Punks have a secret hideout where they’ve stashed powerful weapons, can change their appearance at will, and grab an inconspicuous “Punk Tester Sabotage” toolbox that secretly renders the “Punk” tester much less effective.

-Punk room-

The security door will teleport Punks to their apartment, be aware it will kill citizens. In the apartment, there are special guns only available to Punks. Punks can also browse their wardrobe for a new outfit, to help disguise themselves. Last but not least, they can pick up their tool box, and take it to the Punk tester. This will secretly diminish the testers accuracy by 25%!

-Punk Tester-

The Punk tester is located in the Cyber Labs building in the back alley. Although the tester works without being repaired, it is only correct 70% of the time. If you are able to find the repair kit, you can increase its accuracy by 25%, but be aware that Punks can bring a decoy repair kit that will secretly reduce it’s accuracy by 25%. Every time the tester is used, it degrades the circuit, thus making the machine 5% less accurate every test, until it reaches 50% accuracy.

Use the Blue button to operate the door
Use the Green button to perform the test
Use the Red button to gas and kill the player inside the chamber
