USS Helena PG-9

Here is my attempt at making a replica of the USS Helena. The USS Helena was a Willmington class Gunboat that was primarily tasked with patroling rivers in China. Mine has some sight alterations just because in SE it cant be perfect.

Also you need to download and have the standard naval modlist on your world in order for it to work
