The Italian Social Republic

Description
This simple mod tries to recreate the events that happened in 1943 where Mussolini was deposed and then imprisoned, and later installed by Germany as head of the North Italy puppet state the Italian Social Republic.

Now, when the south regions of Italy are controlled by a member of the allies and Germany is the same faction as Italy, a event will spark leading to a government headed by Emmanuel III rising up in rebellion in these occupied areas. Shortly after Germany will get a decision to either rescue Mussolini and install him as head of the ISR, or outright annex what remains of Italy into the Reich (the later decision is very unlikely to happen when the AI is in control).

Note: this was inspired by the no longer developed "Italy changes side mod".

The uprising has begun and all of southern and central italy are under their control but i have not gotten the event yet. Are there any requirements?

Although i was planning on maybe adding a few events that fire after the war is over for Italy, specifically the referendum on the monarchy.

I believe after the war is over it should take on the default focus tree for Italy. I wasn't planning on adding much post war content for Italy.
