Update: Tested and working on 1.40 public beta.
Update2: Tested and working on latest 1.40 release.
I will not update the mod, just make sure that it's compatible with the latest game version. So it's kind of discontinued.
There is a small catch about this mod. To make it work, you must set the first color black or a dark color then play around with the other 3 until you get something you want and you like. I know how to fix this issue, but it requires a lot of time which I don't have. The texture looks messy and low quality. Maybe a future update will include individual colors, fixed accessories texture scaling and so on, but I won't promise anything. Example:
