Stuck on "Validating Subscriptions" Screen? [Solution]

Just some quick Steps on what I had to do to get past the "Validating Subscriptions" screen that comes up, trying to press PLAY - the game doesn't seem to have a way to get past that screen...

Just some quick Steps on what I had to do to get past the "Validating Subscriptions" screen (ABOVE) that comes up, trying to press PLAY - the game doesn't seem to have a way to get past that screen (there is no "OKAY" button)...

• 1. Click on Workshop button on the Launcher, click ACCEPT

• 2. It will open the Steam Workshop area, but you don't need to subscribe to anything - just close it all
  .
  
  
  
• 3. Restart the game
  .
  
  
  
• 4. Clicking on PLAY should now work - that "Validating" screen should now show an OKAY button, looking like this, below:

• 5. Click PLAY.
  
  That's it!
