Description
Purpose
A tiny drone designed for short range scouting, available in all three thrust variants:

Calpini-A
Calpini-I

Uses a hinge to dock and refuel.

This ship has an empty mass of 5546 kgs, and has equal thrust in all directions.

All ships, vehicles & trailers in this set have a Merge block and can be printed using a welder wall with one (large grid) piston, or a single welder. However in this case the merge block is designed to be ground down after printing, all blocks that require removal are painted bright red.

Well, its a bit far off, but way down on the to-do list is a Small grid Satellite relay drone, which sounds a lot like what you're talking about ;)

But let me know if you come up with a design you're happy with, I'd be interested to see it!

These are neat! ^-^ I wonder if I could design a sort of combination ROV/Laser Antenna relay satellite to use one of these. (Like, a hybrid atmo/hydrogen vehicle with enough solar panels to not need constant refueling, that could fly to the edge of the gravity well and scout around.)
