[FFD] Orca (T0 Armored Runabout)

I optimized the Orca to maintain a bit more maneuverability while starting out to keep things easy going while you're out still collecting Iron and Titanium. I also made sure to give it more than twice it's required energy so you can strap on system upgrades and still boost decently enough. Obviously, it has a lot of turret platforms to suit your needs, I designed this vessel to be compatible with mods that grant extra turret slots.
