-Pawn Displays (need bars, color mood bars , pawn box edit , show weapons , etc)
-Pawn Grouping
-Group Management
(optional - work / priorities / preferences / dye colors)

Game Startup Time Impact : None



Create groups - simply select some pawns, click the create group button - That's all.
There are a multitude of management tools for you to utilize. From customization to work orders to battle formations, just start reading tooltips - and enjoy the ride.

You can also play without the group mechanic
Simply hide the groups if you prefer to only use our Pawn Display features below.
Groups have zero performance hit when hidden.


Colony Groups includes many pawn display features you can toggle on/off and adjust accordingly.

These Include:
-Color Mood Bars
-Need Bars (food, sleep, health)
-Show Pawn Weapons
-Mental Break Overlays
-Pawn Portrait sizing (including the pawn box)
-Colonist Bar positioning X and Y axis
-Pawn Row Count
The list goes on and on, it's a bunch of mods in one.

Compatible with Pawn Badge, Job in Bar, and Color Coded Mood Bar (CCMB is still a BETA compatibility patch, meaning some features from CG may not work)

Does the HugsLib startup error actually affect the mod's functionality? It's probably not a super high priority bug to fix if it's just cosmetic.

Idk how but this mod keeps creating two folders 1899474310 and 2340773428 which leads to the error Xeonz mentions.

Indeed the 1.5 mood bar being incorporated would be nice, plus the critical error on startup being fixed.

Can I ask if there is any update on the ghoul issue? It can be worked around, but is incredibly janky doing so.

There are so many incredibly useful features in this mod, the grouping function barely scratches the surface. I've used it for about two hours and I already think I can never play again without it. All this greatness gathered together under a name as banal and inadequate (no offence intended) as Colony Groups. Amazing.

Hey there, great mod! Finally I can manage a big colony more easily!

I have a few suggestions though:

- Would be nice to be able to tweak the "show weapon" offset so it doesn't collide with other things like titles and such;

- I'd love to be able to move/resize the text as well, half of my colonists have their names cut short since I activated the mod, like "Castaneda" only shows "Casta..." and so on
