Animals Can Do Drugs

Description
Recently updated for Rimworld 1.5
When animals in Rimworld are starving and are desperate for food, they can consider beer as a possible food source. When they drink the beer they get drunk. This mechanic is realistic but drugs like yayo and stuff are never considered as food. Seems like a pets would eat all the yayo or get into your smokeleaf brownies. This type of thing does happenn in real life for example cocaine bear[en.wikipedia.org].

What this mod does is allow animals to consider drugs as food if they're hungry enough the same way they do with beer. There are configurable options to enable or disable certain drugs from being considered food by animals. You may want to ban animals from trying to eat luciferium or stop them drom drinking all your android antifreeze. You can configure that stuff in the mod settings menu.

just a heads up, this one actually doesn't work in 1.5 but my other actually serious mods still do. I discovered that it might be possible to compile rimworld mods without monodevelop or visual studio so it's possible these mods will be fixed soon.

This mod is known too be borked in 1.5. I plan to update it eventually but I don't know when I'll be able to. Consider buying me a coffee, but I'll still update my good mods to 1.5 regardless.

An update on the status of that bug for anyone that's wondering: It's 100% not caused by this mod. Dub's Bad Hygiene puts a harmony patch on JobDriver_Ingest and it doesn't check if the pawn is dead which causes null errors. I'm going to try to bug report it on the Bad Hygiene page and see if I can get the Dubs team to fix it.

It doesn't effect gameplay or mess anything up, it's just annoying if you have error auto open turned on.

Updated for 1.4. There is a known bug where if you have Dub's Bad Hygiene and an animal eats a drug and immediately dies, it will throw a harmless red error. Dub's Bad Hygiene, whether intentional or not, is exceedingly and obnoxiously difficult to make patches and workarounds for as over half the stuff doesn't even show up on conventional c# dissemblers. I found a way to find more of the hidden Bad Hygiene classes and methods one time but I forgot how I did it so it'll be a while before this harmless but annoying red errors gets fixed.

Like all my mods, I play this mod personally on my own playthroughs. It still works fine even with go-juice. If bears aren't eating go juice, make sure go juice is checked in the settings. Also, if there are more attractive foods available, they often will go for that instead. Try taking away your bears alcohol and see if they drink the go juice. If it still doesn't work, it's probably a combat extended issue.
