Better Balanced Game 4.8.3 (BBG)

Description
The Better Balanced Game (BBG) Mod's overall goal is to make the game more balanced and have lesser used parts of the game be more playable. It accomplishes all of this by nerfing civs, abilities, units, mechanics, etc.. that are deemed Over-Powered (OP) and buffing things that are deemed under-powered.

Just a heads-up for anyone else: this mod seems to be almost entirely incompatibility with everything, and that's not an exaggeration, unfortunately. Spent about 3 hours swapping in and out mods, and this one alone was causing the loading errors.

My entire mod list started working fine after disabling this one. So start with removing/disabling this one from your lists if you're getting loading errors or crashes.

This just started being incompatible with some other mod or mods I have. It was working fine and now it gives an error at the start. It took a hot minute to pinpoint it to this one. What is it incompatible with? I can't the mod it's not working with yet.

Please keep in mind to update the description when updating functions, e.g. for the russian lavra the description still states that you get great writer from shrine, etc. although this has been changed. It got me really confused. Apart from that, great work with the mod!

This actually makes no sense. If u want perfectly balanced game - delete everything and play chess. Weakening something instantly makes something stronger and OP.

Move the Corporation creation icon from Tech Money to Tech Economy so that people don't have questions about why it's not possible to create a corporation and a monopoly. Thanks.

you know you could have just deleted all the civ/leader traits and achieved roughly the same result. Watered down bonuses that you barely notice do not make interesting gameplay.
