So I guess at this point you've clicked on this and past the spoiler check.

Here's you have the dark lord from ending of the new doom eternal DLC "The Ancient Gods part one"

Features:

-eyeposing
-"bip_" named armature
-somewhat of a fake PBR
-face bones
-Glowing markings on the front and back

You'll need to download DOOM eternal - Doom Slayer from the workshop for the missing eye textures.
