Using MoveIt! mod you can place this shop at the ground floor of various buildings.

My shops have been made with the same height as Raccoon's shops, so if you use his assets, you will have no problem combining them together with mine.

A storefront with a unique shape? Yes please. Only thing is, that something like this has to be placed a little further out or else it will be covered by the building on top of it, but I'm sure there are many assets that can help with that. Great work!
