France has neither the factories nor the political power to spare for the maginot decisions.
Also reducing army xp which france already lacks is overkill. It makes France even easier to beat.
Besides that, the maginot 1939 decision is available when starting from 1936.
It will consist to remove fort added for Switserland, as the new DLC will already update those.
Also consider that while france didn't extend to the English Channel, their plan was to rely on belgium wich had forts over the Meuse river (with still a big hole in the ardennes)
