[IA] AbeJin's Byzantine Castle Age Dock

Description
Changes the appearance of the Castle Age Dock of the Byzantines.

Must be used together with Independent Architecture and Units for 5.8 to work properly. Put the data set mod on a lower priority than this or other IA mods and everything should work perfectly.
