Yes, you did have to use the bellows to move the baseball. New patch must've lowered its range. I'll get this fixed. Thanks.

As far as I can tell, this puzzle is currently impossible as there is no way to move the baseball. I think you're intended to use the seesaw to press the bellows, but that doesn't work in the current patch (assuming it did before).
