Drill Bug World - Test

This is a fresh, new, unmodded test world to experience a grid drill bug. When using grid drills, I cannot seem to be able to mine boulder voxels and planet voxels at the same game load.

It happened to me several times that I got to a boulder and the grid drills wouldn't dent it at all, left or right click. After reloading the game, it often gets fixed, but then once I drill out the boulder I notice I cannot mine the planet voxels with the grid. It seems the game randomly decides which voxel type it will allow me to drill on game load.
