Forreal though, this model is HUGE.

The ship, without the main battery, weighs in at 1.8 million verts. The main battery is a separate model, and with it spawned in, the Galactica weighs in at just around 2.1 million verts. It's quite likely the largest model ever ported for SFM. As a result, you'll very likely see a performance drop when this model is spawned in, regardless of how beefy your rig may be. I do not know how well this model will perform on weaker rigs. I'd imagine the performance drop to be much more severe.

The main battery is its own model, which can easily be locked to the Galactica. They're bodygrouped into 6 different parts, so that clusters of turrets can be replaced with the rigged turret model supplied.

Both pods are rigged to extend and retract. The starboard pod, in the show, has been converted into a museum - I elected to copy the landing strip from the other side, and bodygrouped the windows covering the openings so they can be enabled or disabled if you choose to be accurate to the show or not.

The Viper uses a lame-psuedo PBR implementation by me. The UV mapping has some issues in places, due to the wings originally being bent, which is unlike the show. They spawn REALLY SMALL, due to being scaled with the Galactica - you'll find that Vipers will fit very neatly in the launch tubes.
