Description
Adds Frackin Universe BYOS support to protogen. Patch made by derWelpe. Only use if you play with Frackin Universe, otherwise this does nothing

Mod does work.
Having any mod that skip story will skip the BYOS option.

And if it still doesn't work, keep eyes on any SAIL mods installed - those can overwrite the dialog at start. Last unchecked resort is placing this mod from workshop folder to main mods folder for it to load first, and maybe, installing FU Sail patch from race page (at the bottom).

It won't say Protogen ship, it'll be the one that says to pick the vanilla ship or something

this doesn't seem to work anymore, there's no option for a protogen byos in game with this installed
