This guide will help you disable blood in Team Fortress 2 using one of two methods.
Disabling Blood (Method 1)
The first method to disable blood on Team Fortress 2 is the most convenient and requires the following of these few simple steps.

Step 1: Find "Team Fortress 2" in your Steam library and right click it. Click on "Properties."

Step 2: Click 'SET LAUNCH OPTIONS' and enter the following into the box: +violence_ablood 0 +violence_agibs 0 +violence_hblood 0 +violence_hgibs 0

Step 3: Launch the game and see if it works!
Note: Joining a server with added blood (i.e. floor blood, zombies, etc.) will still be implemented even with the blood disabled.

If this method did not work for you please try second method discussed in the next section.

@EpicXGamer. on November 11th i tried it and it worked for about ten minuets and then kicked me again telling me that the VAC system is preventing me from joining any online games. And its been doing that from then on.

If it does not, try to check your internet or connection to TF2 and Steam.

@Ignus Nope! Just checked your profile, your not Vac-banned.
Must just be a little error. It should go away in a bit.

It worked for me... except one thing... i think the VAC system thought i was hacking... and now i think im banned... so all i can play is offline matches...did i do something wrong?

Joey_Dat_Boi I know your comment was made a long time ago, but the thing your talking about only goes up to 0 to 1, if you set it higher than 1, it still counts as 1.
1 = Blood 0 = No blood
