Neon Smoke Session

Description
Make your favourite mercenary fully smoked out

New SFMers are encouraged to experiment and be involved in the wonderful world of particles

HOW TO OPEN:
1. Follow this pathway - SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop\elements\sessions
2. If you cannot find it from prompt, Close the prompt without selecting anything
3. Go to 'File' tab and 'Open'
4. Follow pathway

CONTAINS:
- Black void map
- 2 Key Lights (Main & Support)
- 2 Rim lights (Blue & Pink)
- 2 Fill lights (Blue & Pink)
- 2 Volumetrics (Blue & Pink)
- 2 Smoke particles (Black billow)
- 2 Neon 'Sparks' (xmas - Snowburst)
- Mr Platform

Change these lights however you like, Im not the best at lighting things

CUSTOMISING PARTICLE EFFECTS:
- R-click one of the particles & Select
- Select Edit Particle System Definition (Instance particle System)

CHANGING COLOUR
1. Go to Colour Random
2. Click on the 2 coloured rectangles to choose your colours

HINT: Make sure you change colour fade so you dont get hints of different colours.
Use it right and you could get some cool Gradient effect!
I actually dont know if it works, but theorizing it will

CHANGING SIZE
1. Go to Radius Random and scroll down to find Radius_max and Radius_min
2. Adjust values.
HINT: Max and Min means the largest and smallest particles respectively. The bigger the difference, the higher the variety in size. Make the values the same if you want all the particles to be the same size.

WHY DID I RELEASE THIS?
- Good question that you totally asked
- To give SFMers, new or experienced, a decent, customizable background to work with or to make a quick poster
- To introduce the methods and positioning of "basic good" lighting
- To expose the possibilities with particle effects by learning to adjust basic parameters
- Basically, I want you to have an educational-ly fun time

Remember: The poster isn't complete without you doing the posing of your own models

Also, ALSO - DO NOT USE BLOOM it sucks- I got a guide that can take care of that for you:

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2165584940

Includes:
sessions\neon smoke - workshop session.dmx

Does NOT Include:

The background Neon Bars - But you can add them using this:

No Credit needs to be given, but it is appreciated.

NOT for Commercial Use (Please report any use in commission advertisement)
If you have done so already, i'll probs be asking for some of that

@Saulous Hey there - i think you may have rendered in a different drive (c:, d:, e: etc) instead of your usual drive - try looking at the directory at the end to see if it is the case (you may have created a second sessions/renders folder as a result

I exported the poster many times, but I didn't find anything in the renders and sessions folder. Help.
