@Jeph - I've run into this issue before with other mods in MP.
One person has a different version of a mod than everyone else. I doubt that it is this mod as there is only one version of it.
That said, all players need to unsubscribe from all Mods, restart their computer, resubscribe to the mods you need, wait, yes wait for a whole five minutes, seriously, start the launcher, add mods to the playlist five at a time, and verify checksums with each other. Add five more, etc. You ALL must have the same checksum in order to MP.
Troubleshooting:
If you're already subscribed and having issues with the mod updating properly:
Unsubscribe from Political Power Gain +50% in Steam Workshop
Go to your mod folder (eg. ...\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod)
look for "ugc_2117808391.mod" and delete that file
Resubscribe to Political Power Gain +50% and wait for it to download
Activate Austria Independent for HOI4 and play
if all else fails, go to your equivalent of C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\394360 and delete the folder "2117808391" (this will force steam to re-download the mod)
Also let everyone try validate files... if it gets stuck at 99% download go to steam options, downloads and clear game cache there
I also never heard this for any of my other balance mods which do exactly the same only for other stats. I even got an mp mod which also edits a command from the .lua and it also doesnt have this problem. Why should this one be any different?
Did you try running only this mod?
