[NF] Leugi's Gran Colombia Adjustments

Description
Makes some slight adjustments to rebalance/redesign Simon Bolivar and Gran Colombia, and also adds some flavour changes for the Comandante General by renaming them Libertadores. The mod also adds additional Libertadores to enhance variety.
Design Changes
UA: Ejército Patriota: +1 Movement to units on your home continent. Activating a unit Promotion does not end that unit's turn.
(The movement is now restricted to home continent)

UU: Llanero: Gran Colombian Industrial era unique unit that replaces the Cavalry. Low maintenance cost. +2 Combat Strength for every adjacent Llanero. Fully heals when in range of a Libertador or a Great General that activates its retire ability.
(Combat from adjacent Llaneros is reduced by 2; the healing is also available through Great Generals just so alternate leaders dont lose the ability in case anyone makes one)

UTI: Finca: Only the name was changed.

LUA: Campaña Admirable: Upon liberating a city, the occupying unit receives a free [ICON_Promotion] Promotion, and adjacent units receive +10 XP. Entering a new Era grants a free Libertador, a unique type of Great Person.
(Added a new ability that promotes Liberating cities for the sake of flavour and so Bolivar's unique ability isn't only his unique unit)

LUU: Libertador: A special type of Great Person only available to Simón Bolívar. Each has unique abilities, including a passive effect, and a Patriotic Action effect. They may be killed unlike other Great Person units.
Libertador Passive Ability: Grants +1 Movement to units within 2 tiles. Units within to tiles receive no combat penalty when damaged.
(Comandante General renamed to Libertador, the passive no longer grants a combat bonus so it no longer feels like a second Great General. The effect is also meant to manifest inspiration in a more flavourful way. Allowing the Libertador to be killed provides a counterplay and promotes to be more careful with Libertador positioning)

PLEASE NOTE: If you want to remove these design changes just delete the database/LeuColombia_BalanceChanges.sql and lua/LeuColombia_LiberationBonus.lua at your mod folder.
New Libertadores
Manuel Belgrano: Provides a free Wildcard Slot to any Government.

Manuel Ascencio Padilla: May convert adjacent Barbarians to your civilization.

Juana Azurduy: Acquires a tile adjacent to your territory, has 3 charges.

José de Fábrega: Grants 3 Envoys.

Manuela Saenz: Provides capacity to build an additional Spy and a Free Spy.

Martín Miguel de Güemes: Cavalry class units within 2 tiles gain the ability to generate Great Writer, Great Artist and Great Musician Points from kills.

José de San Martín: Cavalry class units within 2 tiles gain the ability to ignore both Terrain Cost and Zone of Control.
(The Great General has been changed to Guadalupe Victoria)

Francisco de Miranda: Libertadores within 2 tiles gain an additional Charge.

Juan Gregorio de las Heras: Grants +50 Favor

PLEASE NOTE: If you want to remove these design changes just delete the database/LeuColombia_AdditionalLibertadores.sql
Flavour Changes
Libertadores get more model variations, including a variation for the two Female ones added. The Flag Icon of the Libertadores has been changed so it no longer looks like a loaf of bread. The icon is the one used on the Steam thumbnail here.

The Dawn of Man text from loading because it was painfully short in comparison to other leaders ingame.

Simon Bolivar has received additional flavours at the AiLists.
Special thanks to p0kiel and Lime who provided feedback throughout the redesign/rebalance process. And additional thanks to Lime again because of the new DoM text.

Hi, could you please make a version of this mod with only the added libertadores, icon, and model variations?

@Monado: You'd have to check the LeuColombia_BalanceChanges.sql file.

The file is divided in sections and comments. You'd have to erase from line 34 onward.

Aside from that you'd need to remove Leu_Colombia_AdditionalLibertadores.sql and LeuColombia_LiberationBonus.lua

Hey Leugi, what would I have to delete so that the only thing this mod changes is +1 movement to +1 movement on home continent?

Nice work, though this civ is super OP >:^D Thanks for your work.. knowing and understanding the challenges that modding has.

@Ospinrey: Contintents are limited to land tiles, which means Naval units only get movement when in city or canal tiles.
Ospinrey May 29, 2020 @ 6:52pm
are naval units part of the movement bonus?

@alejandro: That sounds like it could be interesting for an alt. Maybe even Santander since he'd probably be culture focused.

It'd be fun to add great writer points to haciendas as a reference to the writers that drew inspiration from their time living in them. Just a thought.

Yeah I agree, it's pretty great to see you back in action, Leugi!
I mean, I am still using many of your old Civs, but I had to make some adjustments to make them run.
Thank you for your great work. :)

@JNR: I do agree on that. However, to get 2 wildcards you need to get Belgrano AND Miranda and also decide to save up either depending on which one you got first.

Since Libertadores are completely random and you dont even get to see which is the next one this can mean you will be just end up getting the others.

That being said if I see it become too strong after some tests I will keep adjusting stuff.
