Description
Combat Extended patch for my "Carbines" mod.

Let me know if there are any problems - this is my first time modding RimWorld and I'm still getting the hang of PatchOperations.

@Hobgoblin: I know, I just couldn't figure out how to get it to work when I first put this up and haven't quite felt like going back to it ever since.

Combat Extended allows patches to be integrated into either the CE modpack, or the weapon modpack, so that no one has to subscribe to a third patching mod.

Works good. Very good mod and adds variety to the weapons without being OP/underpowered.
